Harry T. Faircloth, age 67 of Shelton, beloved husband of Kathleen Yagovane Faircloth, passed away August 1, 2015. Harry was born in Hartford, May 10, 1948, son of the late Richard S. and Viola Chalifaux Faircloth. Mr. Faircloth was a Veteran of the United States Navy, the United States Army, and the Army National Guard during the Vietnam War. He was a "Jack of All Trades" and a sociable person. He was a member of the Emil Senger, American Legion Post 10, Seymour, a Harwinton West Side Volunteer Fire Fighter, and a Junior Warden of Trinity Episcopal Church, Seymour. He was also a vocalist in the choir of the church. Besides his wife, he is survived by his sons, Richard (Rich) Faircloth and his wife Vicci of Gloucester, VA, Randy Faircloth of North Carolina, and Mark Jennings and his wife Jennifer of Ansonia; his daughter, Melissa Jennings and her fiancé Gil DeBrum of Shelton; his grandchildren, Sandra, Jackie, "Big Guy" Nate, Julianna, Hailey, "Scooch" Sierra, and CJ; 5 sisters; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Sonny and Albert Faircloth. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 10 AM to 11:30 in the James T. Toohey & Son Funeral Home, 92 Howe Ave., Shelton. Funeral Services will follow at Trinity Episcopal Church, Seymour at 12 Noon with Rev. Dr. Kris Lewis officiating. Burial with full Military Honors will follow in Trinity Cemetery, Seymour.
