Ambrose L. Stevens

Ambrose L. Stevens, age 57 of Shelton, beloved husband of Jacqueline “Jacqui” Judson Stevens, passed away July 9, 2024.  He was born in St. Marys, GA, December 9, 1966, son of Robert L. Stevens and the late Marva Roberts Stevens.  He served in the Army National Guard and later worked as a Correctional Officer for the State of Connecticut at Garner Correctional Institution in Newtown.  He also had a passion for golf, bodybuilding, and most especially his family.  Besides his wife Jacqui, he is survived by his daughter Samantha Stevens, his brother Eric Stevens and his wife Sharon, his sister Leslie Miller, his stepmother Cherry Stevens, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.  He was also survived by his Garner Family, his Groove Brothers, and Gym Family.  Besides his mother, he was predeceased by his son Tyler Stevens.  Calling hours will be held Monday from 4PM to 8PM at the James T.
