Catherine C. German, age 70 of Shelton, devoted wife of Andrew German, passed away October 27, 2014 at St. Joseph's Center, Trumbull. Catherine was born in Bridgeport, April 27, 1944, daughter of the late John and Helen O'Leary Jennings. Besides her husband, she is survived by stepdaughters, Donna Hawley (Frederick) of NJ, and Cynthia German of Stratford; stepsons, Kenneth German of Stratford, and Andrew German of FL, step grandchildren, Katharine Capra (John) of NJ, Ian German of Monroe, Frederick Scott Hawley (Suzanne) of IL, John Hawley of NY, Jamie Hawley of NY, and Stephanie Dennis; step great grandchildren, Nicolas, Bailey, and Justin Capra of NJ, Jacob Hawley of IL, Rachel, Drew, Charlie,and Duncan German of Monroe, Harry Bleasedale of DE, and Matthew Carroll of Stratford; sister-in-law, Barbara Webster of RI, and several nieces, great nieces and nephews.
