Linda V. Nowaczyk

Linda V. Nowaczyk, age 81 of Shelton, beloved wife of Joseph G. Nowaczyk, passed away March 5, 2024 at her residence.  She was born in New Haven, February 14, 1943, daughter of the late Theodore and Mary Garamella Falcone.  She worked as a Certified Nurses Aide for many years until her retirement.  She also loved baking, cooking, animals, flowers, and her favorite season Spring.  Besides her husband, she is survived by her daughter Kelly Smerglinolo and her companion Ron, her granddaughter Gianna Smerglinolo, and many nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Gillian Falcone.  All services and interment will be private.  The James T. Toohey & Son Funeral Home, 92 Howe Ave., Shelton have been entrusted with arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America, 270 Farmington Ave., Farmington, CT 06032.
