Lydia K. Puterski, age 89 of Shelton, wife of the late Alexander Puterski Sr., passed away April 29, 2013 at Lord Chamberlain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Stratford. Lydia was born in Shelton, November 12, 1923, daughter of the late Samuel and Anna Matson Kosko. Mrs. Puterski was a Homemaker and was a member of St. Paul's Church Altar Guild of Huntington, the Shelton PTA, and a former member of the Church of the Good Shepherd Altar Guild of Shelton. She is survived by her daughter Diane Puterski of Shelton, and son Robert and his wife Eileen of Las Vegas, Nevada; and grandchildren Katherine, Stephen, and Valerie Puterski. She was predeceased by her son Alexander Puterski Jr.; brothers Michael and Louis Kosko; and sister Eva Kosko. A memorial service will be held Saturday May 18th at 11 A.M. in the JAMES T. TOOHEY & SON FUNERAL HOME, 92 HOWE AVE., SHELTON with Rev. Donna Downs officiating. Burial will be private.
