Philip G. Ference

Philip G. Ference, 73, of Seymour, passed away August 29, 2023 at Yale New Haven Hospital.  Born in Detroit, MI, Philip was preceded in death by his parents George and Eleanor (Yablonski) Ference and older brother Ronald Ference.  Philip is survived by his brother Kenneth Ference and many cousins.  Philip’s love of books and cars spanned many years, he could always spot a rare vintage car before anybody else!  Philip’s family would like to extend their deepest appreciation to the staff of RMS & DDS for being Philip’s side for many years.  Friends may greet the family on Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 3PM to 6PM at the James T. Toohey & Son Funeral Home, 92 Howe Ave., Shelton.  His Memorial Service will begin at 5:30PM.  Interment will be private.
