Tyler Field Stevens, age 22 of Shelton, passed away December 6, 2020. Tyler was born in Bridgeport, May 3, 1998, son of Ambrose and Jacqueline Judson Stevens. Tyler was a graduate of Shelton High School, Class of 2016, and was currently attending UConn where he was majoring in Civil Engineering. Tyler enjoyed basketball, football, skateboarding, golf, music, art, and being with his family and friends. He was an avid Magic: The Gathering card player and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. Besides his parents, he is survived by his sister Samantha Stevens, his paternal grandfather Robert Lee Stevens and his wife Cherry, his uncles Larry Judson and Eric Stevens and his wife Sharon, his aunt Leslie McKinney, and several cousins and friends and his beloved dog Diesel. He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother Marva Louise Stevens, and maternal grandparents Barbara and Chuck Judson. There will be a walk-through visitation on Tuesday from 4PM to 8PM at the James T. Toohey & Son Funeral Home, 92 Howe Ave., Shelton.
